slapd (back-bdb) leaks memory on high modify load (ITS#3213)

This leak can be reproduced, when hitting slapd with multiple clients, all
modifying an attribute of the same entry (similar to ITS #3188). (Many
DB_DEADLOCKs occur and many transactions have to be retried).

I am currently working on a patch and will commit it to HEAD as soon as I am
ready.
