It looks good in my initial tests.  I use to be able to recreate this bug pretty easily, but I haven't seen the bug reappear yet with the code I downloaded this morning.

I'm going to keep running some additional tests to make sure, but it looks like it is now fully fixed.

I think I've spotted the bug; slapd was parsing the cookie
value after freeing the memory it was carried on.

Now it seems to work fine.  Please test, and, in case of
positive feedback, I'll propagate it to 2.2.
