Honestly, I would recommend that you use at the very least
OpenLDAP 2.1.30 with Berkeley db 4.2.52 (with patches); to
solve your dependency problems, I would also suggest that you
statically link a specially built and separately installed
db4 into your OpenLDAP suite.
