RE: slapcat segfaults loading BDB (ITS#2974)

Thanks for looking at this, however, I'm sorry to report that when I applied the patch, I still see the segfault when I try to load the database.

Here was my sequence of events (in case I missed something important) - 

Modified the tools.c file (from the 2.2.5 release)

make clean
make depend
make
make test (all passed)

And then I tried slapadding my database again.

Should I generate stack traces again with the patched code?
