Yes. I change SASL_MAX_BUFF_SIZE from 65536 to 8192. After rebuild and 
reinstall master & replica:

1. restart master server
2. stop replica, delete slapd database and start replica.

Initial updating replica has passed normally. After change of the data 
on master the subsequent of updating replica were unsuccessful:

slapd[80146]: do_syncrep2 : Can't contact LDAP server
