Before submitting issues, please:
  Make sure you are running a current version of OpenLDAP Software. 

If after updating to a current version your problems persist,
please file a new report with enough detail to allow a developer
to reproduce the problem.  You may want to use the mailing lists
to eliminate "user error" issues (as they are off-topic here).
