[Typo] ldapmodify/ldapadd manpage

Hi,

I've found a small typo that should be fixed (It's quite an annoying
typo and took me a while till I understood why ldapmodify doesn't work
as I want it to):
in the ldapmodify or ldapadd manpage, the jpegPhoto example contains:

jpegPhoto:< file://tmp/modme.jpeg

One slash is missing there, there ought to be three.
