include schema/inetorgperson.schema not working (ITS#2775)

Hi,

I downloaded the compiled version of OpenLDAP 2.0.19 from FiveSight and got it
up and running on two freshly installed servers.  One is Windows 2003 server,
and everything works great.  The problem is, I want to roll out the production
OpenLDAP server on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server with service pack 4. 
Everything works fine on the Win2k box except for the fact that I cannot seem to
include the inetorgperson.schema portion of the schema.  I have checked for
typos, and even copied over the slapd.conf file from the working Windows 2003
server to make sure that I'm not going crazy.

Have you heard of this issue before?
