syncrepl.c: db.h not found (ITS#2765)

When I'm trying to build OpenLDAP HEAD on solaris machine, it halts with
following error message:

gcc -g -O2 -I../../include -I./slapi -I../../include -I~/openssl-0.9.6/include
-I~/gdbm-1.8.0 -I~/openssl-0.9.6/include -I~/gdbm-1.8.0 -c  syncrepl.c
syncrepl.c:29: db.h: No such file or directory

make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `syncrepl.o'
Current working directory /home/ntb/xtrn/openldap-HEAD/ldap/servers/slapd
*** Error code 1

What is db.h? if it isn't part of OpenLDAP, then why configure doesn't check for
it's presense,
and otherwise where I can get it?

I tried also check out OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2_2 snapshot, it gives the same result
