Syncrepl specification should go to the consumer slapd.conf
The master does not need special configuration other than
appropriate access control settings for the binddn in the slave
syncrepl specification.
Sorry for lack of documentation. I've been preparing a chapter
in the OpenLDAP Admin Guide. It's still a draft version.
