I've found consistently over time that slurpd will occassionaly replay events to
a server, causing reject files to occur. Example of this happening today:
First time it happens is with connection #86:
Sep 5 18:38:32 ldap5.Stanford.EDU slapd[26236]: [ID 177021 local4.debug]
conn=86 op=8 MOD dn="suRegID=868d35b0f61311d2ae660800209269ec,cn=People,dc=Stanford,dc=edu"

Sep 5 18:38:47 ldap5.Stanford.EDU slapd[26236]: [ID 952275 local4.debug]

It happens again during connection 117:

conn=117 op=3 MOD dn="suRegID=868d35b0f61311d2ae660800209269ec,cn=People,dc=Stanford,dc=edu"
