About SLAPI pre-bind plug-in return code (ITS#2616)

Although this is not clearly stated in the plug-in API specification, an example
follows (see http://developer.netscape.com/docs/manuals/directory/dirPlugin40/custauth.htm#1039401)which
shows that a pre-bind plug-in may return a positive value which means that it
has processed the bind operation and set the connection DN in the SLAPI_CONN_DN
property of the pblock.
In this case the OpenLDAP server should get this connection dname, and not
consider that it is an anonymous connection, which is what it currently does.
