Undocumented slapd.conf directives (ITS#2525)

The following directives from slapd/config.c are not documented
in slapd.conf.5:

 debug, logfile, ditcontentrule, plugin, pluginlog

In addition,   conn_pending_max and conn_pending_max_auth   are
documented as  conn_max_pending and conn_max_pending_auth.
In this case, I suggest the documentation is retained and
config.c is changed to accept both variants.
