As requested in ITS#2451, I've sent followups to this duplicate incident.
I've put a small sample ldif for a basic test database and the
CorporateTime schema I'm using in the incoming ftp directory.
ftp://ftp.openldap.org/incoming/paul-engle-030417.ldif
ftp://ftp.openldap.org/incoming/paul-engle-030417.schema
With this database, the search should return only the Paul Engle entry.

Further testing indicates that switching the backend database from
bdb format to ldbm also made the problem go away.

If I can provide any other testing info, let me know.
