I tried -- it doesn't build in OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2_1 on the reported OS.
I used the precise config that works op 2.1.5 so it must be a glitch in
what's checked in and what isn't.

I will do what's practical+useful, and the await 2.1.6 release and test it
at that time.
