slurpd(8) versions no longer insist on the control.  It's marked
non-critical.

However, there appears to be a separate bug in 2.1.5 slapd(8) in
the handling of non-critical controls recognized by those backends
which support no controls.  This bug has been fixed in HEAD.
Please test.

As this bug is distinct from the issue originally raised in
this ITS and the original issue raised in this ITS was resolved,
this report should remain closed.  This new problem should be
handled separately.  (You are welcomed to report a new bug
if you like to track the above fix through the release engineering
process.)
