how to export Openldap data to Netscape directory? (ITS#1912)

now my ldap server is openldap.Because this system is required to input Chinese
word and search by Chinese word,when input Chinese word or search,i convert it
from GBK to UTF8 and when output,i convert it from UTF8 to GBK,every thing is
ok.
But now,this system will update to netscape directory server.I must export the
data to ldif file,and then import to nds.
When i export the data to lidf.All the Chinese word is not UTF8 in the ldif
file,i can't import nds correctly.
Who can tell me how should i do?
