Fw: SLAPD for NT in 2.0.24 hangs (ITS#1764)

problems with openldap 2.0.23 (not 2.0.24 as original subject wrongly
implied) and NT are now resolved. solution was:

1) get thr_nt.c patch
2) add _WIN32 to defines in libldap_r msvc project

both these seem to be addressed in 2.0.24
