ldif2ldbm doesn't exist in openldap 2.0.11 (ITS#1212)

Hi, 

I have succesfully install openldap without any errors.
I even loaded 200,000 records into the ldbm database and manage to search for
result using email client.

My question is , according to the administrator guide, I should have a program
call, "ldif2ldbm" in my system. But I have try install in several machine, but I
still cannot find this utility plus other utilities stated in the administrator
guide. I only have the following utility
ldapadd
slapcat
slapindex

Is this version of openldap being removed?

and how do I backup and restore the database? since I do not have the mention
utilities.
