Setting the environment variable RANDFILE does not cause OpenLDAP to use the
path
specified by RANDFILE as the entropy device substitute for /dev/random. Also,
it seems there is support in libraries/libldap/tls.c for setting this path
in slapd.conf but no corresponding variable is set in servers/slapd/config.c.

The patch at:

fixes both of these issues.
