As most terminals cannot handle T.61 characters outside of US-ASCII,
ldapsearch(1) prints this message instead.  See ldapsearch(1) for
details (including options to disable this behavior).

2.0.4 likewise includes code to avoid dumping non-printable characters
to the terminal.  It uses base64 encoded LDIF values when appropriate.
See ldapsearch(1) (from v2.0) for details.

Anyways, this behavior is as expected and hence this issue will
be closed.  If you have questions regarding the use of ldapsearch(1),
please post to the openldap-software mailing list.
