All patches(from M410-001 to M410-029) are already applied.

And I tryed --with-threads=pth, but 'Segmentation fault - core dumped'
at test001-slapdadd. :-<
Configure options are
    --with-threads=pth
    --enable-crypt=yes
    --with-ldbm-api=berkeley
