No check for disallow feature BIND_ANON in config.c ? (ITS#721)

Hi!
Is there some reason, that there's no checking for the disallow feature
'bind_anon' in the file .../servers/slapd/config.c ?
There are only checks for 'bind_v2', 'bind_anon_cred' and 'bind_anon_dn',
the one for 'bind_anon' which should exist (see manpage for slapd.conf) is
missing. :-(
After adding an additional 'else if' - statement everything worked well,
because there exists a define line for SLAP_DISALLOW_BIND_ANON in
.../servers/slapd/slap.h.
