In this revision of this draft, I have reworked the extension
to directly make use of LDAP extended operation/control
extension mechanisms instead of the LDAP "grouping of related
operations" proposed extension mechanism. I do not intend
to pursue publication of the LDAP "grouping of related
operations" proposed extension mechanism.
I have yet to detail how LDAP Transactions may (or may not)
be used with various extensions to LDAP update messages,
in particular, the LDAP assertion and the LDAP pre/post
read controls.
My present plans are to progress this I-D on the Standards
Track after I deal with above issue and complete an early
implementation of the specification.
