Spam to LDAPEXT mailing list

The message "Eager to see you" from M.Wahl@critical-angle.com was 
impersonation.  That address is not used by me or anyone else anymore, 
probably some web-scraper script took it from an old copy of the WG web page.

We are in the process of moving the ietf-ldapext mailing list to another 
site with a new address, which should dramatically cut back on the useless 
emails sent to this list.  As soon as this new list is ready I'll let you 
know and transfer the current subscribers to the new list.
