While the chairs hope that the WG can resolve most of the
remaining technical issues through list discussions, a few
may require face-to-face time to resolve. Hence, a request
for a one hour slot has been requested.

The chairs will publish an agenda after consulting with
editors as to which issues are believed to require
face-to-face time to resolve.  If you have issues which
you believe require face-to-face time to resolve, please
contact the chairs.
