The matching rule definitions need correction.

The assertion syntax for facsimileNumberMatch is TelephoneNumber,
i.e. SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.50 .
The assertion syntax for facsimileNumberSubstringsMatch is
SubstringAssertion,
i.e. SYNTAX 1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.58 .
