There is a module, mod_ldapvhost, that let's an Apache webserver take it's virtual host configuration entirely from an LDAP server. For more information see http://www.msys.ch/products/software/unix/apache/mod_ldapvhost/. The page is in german. mod_ldapvhost is distributed under a commercial license for the moment.
