OpenLDAP Faq-O-Matic : OpenLDAP Software FAQ : Installation : How do I disable use of threads? | |
Use: --without-threads
| |
It is recommended to disable threads when using the shell backend, enabled by --enable-shell
| |
Threads are required by slurpd, the old-style replication daemon. They are also essential for the proper functioning of many components of slapd, the DSA agent, so they should not be disabled unless strictly required.
