Questions regarding third party software integration with OpenLDAP are frowned on when posted to the openldap-software mailling list. People are generally directed to a more generic LDAP list which is usually the ldap@umich.edu. However, this list is not very useful and suffers from broken behaviour, making it very unfriendly to use.
There is a new mailling list ldap-interop@fini.net which aims to address issues of software interoperability with OpenLDAP. See the following URI:
