vcf2ldif: missing author

Hi all

Some while ago, I posted the patch for vcf2ldif and got no feedback. I
tried to find Shu-Hao Chang by all possible email address I could find -
and failed. This is actually my last attempt to contact him. If anyone
seen/heard him around recently - could you please let me know.

My intension is to open the project vcf2ldif at sourceforge and do some
minimal work on development and improvement. But I sure cannot do it
without trying to contact the author.

I got several emails regarding vcf2ldif - and it seems people already
started considering me as a maintainer (which is a bit funny because I
only submitted tiny patch).
