Many thanks for your help Kyle, now it's work, I remove the attribute accessRole from my ldif file.
I dont know how this attribute are validated in my database ... and why it working under the 2.0.6

you may be missing an object class definition on your aix openldap server...  you might have to check for the accessRole objectclass in your schema files and make sure it exists somewhere

Same under AIX

I'm include the same schema's files under AIX that the working version under Linux, I'm not have IBM secureway LDAP server that running under AIX only openldap.

what about the individual included schema files?  are the ones with your ibm schema definitions different by any chance?
in your schema dir, try grep accessRole * and see if it shows up

is it possible you have schema differences between the two servers?  I have seen accessRole from my travels with IBM secureway LDAP server...

I'm running under Linux mandrake 7.1 the openldap 2.0.6
I running now the version 2.0.11 under IBM AIX 4.3.3

When I copy the ldif files produced by the 2.0.6 and start slapadd under the
2.0.11, I receive the error :
