Do you have to add an entry for your organisation, first?
dn: o=krdl, c=SG
description: My Organisation
Something like that? I'm a bit hazy on this (I haven't done much work
implementing our set up yet - just fiddling).
I'm not sure exactly when this is needed (is it needed for the country
part?), but I certainly needed to add a 'dn: o=University of Reading,
c=GB' before I could add any objects under that.
