yes, instead of using their their CN use their UID which is garenteed to be
unique. Don't use O and OU, use DC. I forget what U Pitt's FQDN is so I
will use my alma-mater(University of Scranton) as an example here:
dn: UID=jgarcia, DC=UofS, DC=edu
