2.2 -> stable

The general consensus seems to be that 2.2 is more stable
than the 2.1, hence I intend to move OPENLDAP_STABLE forward
to OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2_2 soon.  Depending on fixes in the
queue, I may kick out one more 2.2 patch release before
doing so.  So, if you have fixes you'd like to see in
2.2.13, please commit them to HEAD (or contribute patches
using ITS) within the next few days.

Please bang on OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2_2 this week as well...
